Porridge with Mulberries & Oranges

  • Rolled oats cooked up as porridge your usual way!
  • Fresh orange chopped to your preferred size
  • Fresh (or frozen – I freeze heaps in season) mulberries
  • Optional – Seeds & nuts of choice (we use sunflower, pumpkin, chia, sesame & toasted coconut flakes)
  • Milk of your choice, we love fresh un-homogenised cows milk or, for a different flavour, coconut milk

Method

  • Make porridge your usual way!
  • Add chopped oranges, mulberries and any seeds you like
  • Top with milk (your choice)
  • (No need to add sugar etc., fruit sweetens it)
  • EAT WITH GUSTO!….
